Help Us Raise Money for Blank Children’s Hospital
Our goal is to raise at least $10,000 for Blank Children’s Hospital
100% of proceeds will be going to Blank Children’s Hospital

Terrace Hills Golf Course,
Just outside of Altoona, Iowa

S hotgun start at 1:00 P.M.
Please be present by 12:30.
The entry fee will is $65 per person.
4 man Best Ball format.

This fee will include 2 beer tickets, 18 holes of golf and cart.
9 oz. Butterfly Pork Loin Barbeque with 2 sides and a dinner roll
Prizes will be awarded for pin events
There will be a raffle for some great prizes
